Certification Center

What is Green Building certification?

System that certifies the environmental performance of a building through evaluation of factors that affect the environment for the entire lifecycle of architecture such as site, material and commissioning, maintenance and disposal of a building that has been planned to achieve coexistence between human and nature with the objective of materializing sustainable development

Subject of certification

Building pursuant to the 「Building Act」 Article 2 Paragraph 1 Subparagraph 2
- Apartment mass housing, general housing, office building, school facility, accommodation facility, commercial facility, general building

Subject of obligatory certification

Public building with sum of gross floor area being more than 3,000㎡ constructed by a public institute (New construction, extension of annex wing, re-construction) (Enforcement Decree of the Green Buildings Construction Support Act Article 11-3)
※ Public work facilities of 「Enforcement Decree of the Building Act」 Attached Table 1 Subparagraph 14 Item (a) to acquire higher than Excellent grade
Apartment housing with more than 500 households subject to approval of business plan pursuant to the 「Housing Act」 Article 16.
(Regulation on Housing Construction Standard etc. Article 58 – Subject to obligatory indication of Apartment Housing Performance Grade)

Certification procedure

인증절차는 신청인이 평가도서, 자체평가서 작성 후, 인증신청서/인증수수료 납부를 한다. 그 후 인증기관에서 인증심사단(내부)의 인증심사를 거쳐, 인증심의위원회(외부)의 인증심의 후 인증서(명판)이 교부된다. (예비인증은 예비인증서가 교부되며 본인증은 인증서과 인증명판이 교부됨.)

Certification grade

건축물별 인증등급 구분 점수를 안내하며, 구분, 최우수(그린1등급), 우수(그린2등급), 우량(그린3등급), 일반(그린4등급) 항목으로 구성된 표입니다.
